Hazard Switch pops out regularly 700

Hello all,

The hazard light switch on my car randomly pops out when I use the turn signal switch. This is very annoying and I need a low cost fix (short of taping the switch down). Can this be repaired since I do not even want to know what the price of a new turn signal stalk w/cruise control from Volvo is worth.

Oh, if I need to replace the stalk what is the best way to work around the air bag so that it does not take off my head by accident while fixing the above problem - is this a dealer repair item?
