Intermitent stalls and NO START 200 1987

My 1987 240 230F (auto) is stalling.
Indication of the stall as follows:
1. Overdrive light start blinking for two seconds or less then lights up completly.
2. Then all instrument panel lights turn on.
3. Finally car stalls.

This has happened three times. 2nd time I could do some checking and there was no spark at plugs. 25 amp fuse is OK in new water proof fuse holder. All battery cables are tight.

After a few minutes the car starts and runs like a champ.

Someone mentioned the power stage. But as far as I understand the 87 model does not have one.
