iPod hook-pu via 244 factory stereo? 200 1992

Hello, all.

I want to be able to use a new ipod in my brick! I have the factory stereo with a tape player that sounds great (original speakers too), and I would like to keep it in the car for the sake of originality. The ipod seems like a fantastic way to bring more sonic options to my cassete-tape era car.

I would like to hook up directly via an audio jack to the back of the stereo. Is this possible? How might one go about such a task?

I can also use one of those FM transmitters - any good/bad experiences with these?

There's also the old tape player adapter - I'd like to do without the wires.

Thought I'd throw this out there...Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
