Upgraded cam and cam shafts for 16 valve 700 1989

Just so that everyone know the people at IPD say that their upgraded adjustable cams and their cam shaft woun't work on a 16 Valve engine. Why ? Because the 16 Valve engine (B234f)one cam lets the exhust out and the other lets the gas in. So the one that lets the exhust out woun't be the same and two you just can't upgrade the gas one casue it mit hit the exhust one.

The cams maybe but their not to sure about it.

If anyone can prove me wrong PLEASE DO cause I would love to do it to my car cause I have a feeling if you can the car would be nuts to drive.\

Please prove me wrong
