door panel interchangeability 200

Hi guys

I have a question concerning the interior door panel interchangeability. A friend of mine has a Volvo 164 - latest model -´74 I suppose??!! Now he wants to replace the rotten interior door panels with those out of a ´91 245.
He also wants to replace the front seats with those out of the ´91 245.

Now my question is, are those parts interchangeable - from the first sight, the doors of the 240 and the 164 seems to be identical. Are they really concerning holes for the arm rest mounting points, window crank and door opener and panel mounting clips of course?

Moreover what about the seat mounting points - are they the same too betwenn those two generations of Volvos?

Thanks for any input

Ciao

M.P.
