oil cooler will it direct fit? 200

No it is not a 700 series car that this air cooled oil cooler is from. It is a 244t I should of menchiond that, sorry.
It has a value,it lets one have more oil in the car,it also cools the oil better than the pan can. Witch,is a no brainer, for the the state I live in FL.The roads have radiant heat, so by putting a cooler up high and away from the hot road is a good way to protect from (thermal brake down of the oil).No it is not needed but wanted, much like the gauges and rims. Not to mention that oil, brings the heat from the engine to the pan to cool, from the internal parts that move and the water is not near(bearings, crank, cam)this would only help and,it is always nice to have a cooler running engine ingeneral. Thanks for info.
