I've replace fans in my 740 and 940, and though I don't have a hurrican happening, it's nothing to complain about. I'd go with Rob's advice. If your losing air flow during acceleration with the A/C on (a common problem), then you could have a servo problem behind the console. I just fixed this in my 91 940.
