ABS and Speedometer dead? 700 1989

I'm going to go with what Randy said. The wire between the rear axle and the car.

IF it isn't that, check the condition of the oil in the diff. If it's full of shavings, you probably have the answer. That is unlikely, but not impossible. (Please save flames, people... I saw this one before!)

It could be an electronic problem elsewhere, but the wire is the most likely, and the most common problem.
