Modified 90 765T Block Is Getting Dirty, How To Clean? 700

With a little help from a friend, his sawsall & a torch, we cut through a thin metal plate in front of the airbox and then made a hole in the airbox. Then I ran a 3-inch diameter dryer hose from the airbox to the black grille underneath the bumper. It's working great! For a novice like me, it seemed really easy with the right tools. So, together with the other mods, the car runs great!

But I would like to know how to safely clean off the engine block which is partly covered with black greasy oil. I'm worried it's coolant. Could it be motor oil leaking due to elevated boost?

Thanks for any help!

-David
