Flasher or ABS 1985 740 t 700

I recently purchased a 740 turbo with a 87 motor. The indicators and hasard lights have just recently gone south. I pulled the relay, a tall black three pronged one and I re soldired all the joins. When I replaced it, as it is inserted it turnes on and a light that locks like this [(abs)] has come on it is in the left hand side of the dash. I thought that only the 1990+ has ABS correct me if Im rong. Why would the light come on?

How many psi can a rebuilt turbo push??
