Fuel Computer Test? 200

See my post a little ways down the board here. No start situation. Basicaly everything works except the injectors. I tried someone's suggestion of unplugging the AMM to see if it would start in limp-mode but no dice. Supposedly if it starts with the AMM unplugged then the AMM is bad. I checked power to to the AMM and it's only getting a little over 11v. That's not great but it should still run right?

In addition to testing everthing with a fluke multimeter and polishing all grounds, today I cleaned up the throttle body and flame trap, patched a few holes in the intake hose with gasket-in-a-can, and changed the plugs. The plugs look almost new and there is spark to all four. I also disassembled the fuel rail and cleaned the injectors and rail.

Is there a pin or pins I can test on the FI Comp to see if it's getting power?
