Automatic Transmission OD on '93 945 900 1993

My '93 945 turbo (116,000 miles) with AT will not shift into OD unless you quickly accelerate briefly (while going over 50 mph), then let up on the accelerator. The OD arrow on the instrument panel remains off the entire time. It did this in February and I flushed the fluid with semi-synthetic. After a couple thousand miles, the problem resolved. The problem returned last week. I have re-soldered the relay. Downshifting to pass, and then letting it upshift doesn't seem to be a problem. The OD will shift on it's own when you get to about 65 mph. I don't find this problem listed in the faq's. Does anyone have an idea on how to diagnose and fix this problem?
