My Earl Scheib experience 700 1987

I've painted a few of our delivery trucks at work. The only "orange peeling" I had was in the areas I did not clean and sand properly. Other rough spots were in places I did not put on enough paint for it to smooth out properly.
These problems are from a "no previous experience" painter.(You can do it, can't you? Yeah, sure, I'll paint 'em) I'm sure with some more practice it should be relatively easy.
Sounds like they train on customer's vehicles, then go to a real paint shop.
