Thanks for you comments, I am sure they have more experience fighting customer complaints than they have with the actual 'painting' oh well, I can live with the orange peel effect I have a real problem with the roughness. I think I am going to ask the manager demonstrate to me on one of the rough parts that he can make
it look decent. If he can't, then they will need to re-do...

The way I see it is that they should tell you what to expect upfront to avoid
any problems at the end... I repair computers for people and I never paint a rosy picture for them, I give them a bleak prognosis and most of the time the end result is much better than expected!
