Boost affecting ventilation system? 700

Same problem,

I guess what happens is some issue causes the vaccume canister to expend itself while under boost because the vaccume is not replenished fast enough. I posted on this before and never got a real clean answer. Some said it was the canistr, others said it might be clogged hoses from the canister, other said it was a PITA to get at that it could be some component under the dash which requires cutting a hole beneath the dash to get to . Wish there were more info on all the causes for this. I will look for that post and see if I can get any more info on it.
