Possible value?! 1800 1973

I have recently stumbled upon what I believe to be a '73 1800ES with just over 17k original miles on the odometer! Its original color was the volvo "dark green" code# 110, and the interior is a medium brown leather. The car has the dealer installed A/C and it has the 4spd manual with OD transmission. There is no rot on the car to the best of my knowledge, just some surface rust on the roof, hood and the bottom of the doors.
If this car is infact what it appears to be, what is its value the way it sits right now, and what would its value be in full running order with new original paint.
Tank you in advance for your replies and any advise that you might have.
