Sanding to repaint 1800 1965

In a previous post I said my 71E had factory filler on it. I can't say that I can prove it and hate it when I don't think something through before popping off. In this case, however, I know the history of the car and it seems to bear out. There was collision damage that some Bozo fixed in 1975 while changing the color of the car, but it was localized to one side. I took the whole car down to bare metal with aircraft stripper and found what I think is the factory red primer over white filler. The original paint was over that, then the second color. There's a lot of lead in the seams and the roof pillars, but it's under filler. The roof, the rear, the boot, the bonnet.... almost everywhere!
