Do 240's built in Sweden have the same parts as N.A. 240's? 200

I have recently purchased a 1983 244ti that was built in Sweden shipped to Kenya and then shipped to Ontario about 10 years ago. I'm wondering if I am going to have any trouble finding parts for this car. The only differences that I see so far are the much smaller and more stylized bumpers and the throttle body is slightly different than that on my 1983 242 ti. Can anyone comment on differences I haven't yet noticed or on parts that may be hard to find? Thanks.

Greg
