Replacing Steering Rack - Is This Normal? 200 1984

I bought a remanufactured steering rack from Swedish Engineering, and upon installation, found that the threads for the power steering hoses are not the same as on the original rack. On the old rack, the pressure hose used a large (22mm head) banjo bolt, and the return hose used a smaller (19mm head) banjo bolt. On the new rack, both holes are threaded for the larger sized bolt. It sucks when you think you're almost done with a project and something like this comes up. I guess I have to get a new power steering hose with a fitting for a larger bolt, and another large banjo bolt. I don't really want to get another steering rack and have to remove/install everything again. Would any parts store or the dealer have a return hose with the fitting for the larger bolt, or will I have to make my own?
