Where to locate r134 fill valve when doing retrofit? 200 1987

The Volvo kit doesn't come with a low side filler port, the T that comes with it is for the high pressure side gauge and goes on the drier ( outlet side to hose ) .
Do not try to fill from the high side port.

To put a low pressure fil port on you'll need to go to a parts store and get a low side port adapter ( about $4-8 ) and screw that onto the low side port on the back of the compressor.
