Turbo Conversion for '84 240 200

The N/A motor on my '84 242 is giving out on me. I need a rebuild. I was thinking a better idea would be to pull a turbo motor from another car and rebuild that instead. Is there anything important I need to think about when making this kind of conversion? I won't be doing the swap myself. I need to find a shop in the CA Bay Area to do it for me. I was thinking of rebuilding and boring out the 'new' turbo block before putting it in my car. Is there anything important I need to considire when doing this? Is there anything I may have overlooked? My car is currently a naturally aspirated 240 with the 4 speed automatic tranny and a burnt out LSD rear. (I will probably get a new DANA 30 rear end for that) Any and all advice is greatly needed and very much apreciated. Thanx in advance! -Logan
