A better shop manual? 200 1988

For the most part I've been pleased with my Haynes manual. However, I'm about to attempt two things and I was wondering if maybe one of the other manuals has better information and/or better illustrations that would be more helpful.

1. The first is adjusting the valve lash. I have done lots of valve adjustments on other vehicles with the lock nut system, but none with shims and the Haynes manual is a little unclear. I know it can't be very difficult to do, but I need better illustrations before I tear into the job.

2. Fuel injection. I'd like to go through the fuel injection system as thoroughly as possible, just to get a little better mileage and power. I don't have specialty tools. With that in mind, which is the best manual to have for working on the fuel injection system?
