There use to be company that use to chrome and polish Volvo wheels. I remember them pushing the wheels a my old dealer about 20 years ago. They had a set of 240 Turbo wheels at the dealer that were $75 per wheel more than the factory OEM wheels.
Do an internet search for repair or rechroming alloy wheels. Try Google.com
