AC problem - compressor doesn't cycle 200 1991

That is a little odd.

The cooling fan has something to do with the low side pressure, but not as much as the high side pressure. What I'm saying is, that reading isn't too much of a help.

If the system is staying within spec, then it's running pretty well. Most importantly, is it cooling well? Also, does the compressor EVER cycle off when you raise the RPMs of the car, or while you're driving? At some point, when the cabin of the car cools off, it should start to cycle. But if it's really hot outside, or there is a lot of load on the system, then it might not.

Also... is the heater valve TOTALLY off, or is there water flowing through it? That can really put a load on the A/C, causing higher system pressures, poor output, and generally just cause poor operation of the system.
