Looking at a 122S...help!? 120-130

Its green in colcor and its a 2 door. The only rust, and its stricly surface is right below the passenger headlight, below the lower trim moulding on the bottm side of the driver and passenger back windows, and a small bubble on the bottom back corner of the passenger door.. All chrome and stainless is perfect. As far as cost, i haven't got this ass clown to get back to me on a price. Mayby I shouldn't act to intrested. The wiring is a concern of mine. there was definitly a fire or some "melting action" going on under the steering column cover right behind the steering wheel. The interior needs some attention but nothing really major. headliner perfect and just a few places of surface rust in the floors. Its one of those things that immediatly you get enthusiastic about it but the more you think about it the thrill is kinda sinking. But I can always justify it! So my wife tells me. Seriously though if any one has experience in dealing with any type of electrical problem i would like to know. The wirng harness from what I can see is not degrading.
