240 Turbo enrichment pondering 200

Like all 240 turbo owners i would like to increase my power, but i am restricted by the CIS injection system. I was reading recently that if a blowoff valve is placed on a CIS injected car it would cause a rich air/fuel situation. But what if this could be put to good use? Is there a way i could place a valve the bled of some air at the manifold in order to cause a rich situation there by allowing more boost. or is that unreasonable because it would bleed off any extra boost produced to take advantage of this rich air/fuel mixture im just rambling tell me what you think Thanks David
