Pulled a spark plug wire-no difference in performance? 700

I was experience some idle hunt. At cold idle the tach will vary from 500rpm to 1100 rpm. It seems to sit high for a couple seconds then dip to 500 for about 1 second and return high.

I just thought it was weird that when I removed any 1 spark plug wire I got no noticible difference in performance. I thought that running on 3 cylinders should be noticible. Anyway, I think I am running on all 4 and I think my problem may be related to fuel issues such as a bad FPR or perhaps the idle valve is sticking.

Thanks for the help.
