Tech: Transmission swap - M41 from 122S into a 69 142S auto? 140-160

I'm guessing that this is possible - straightforward even. Hardest part might be mating a clutch pedal and master to the bulkhead? Do I need to change the brake pedal or master? Is everything else just bolt-in? Driveshaft from the 122S overdrive? Or is the 142 auto driveshaft by some miracle the right length? Rear axle ratio in the ballpark?

I've has lots of 122s but never a 142 and haven't crawled around this one yet. Please advise, O wise members!

Andrew
