rear disc brake rotor removal 93 944T 900 1993

Anyone want to tell me how to remove the rear brake rotor from my 1993 944T. The faq talks about the 700 series, but nothing about the 900.....will it just pop off if i take the caliper off (with a hammer of course)...or is does it have to be separated from the Hub or something......that said, whats the easiest way to remove the wheel locator in the old rotor for placement in the new one? Is there anything with ABS that i need to worry about (or is it in the diff)?
