Strong gas smell in cab with no obvious leaks... 120-130

Another stumper...Are there common areas that gas leaks from that will cause the cab to smell like gas? Whenever i let the car sit on a hot day with the windows rolled up, when i get in the car smells like gas. Also, and it doesnt happen all the time = frustrating, but sometimes when im driving down highway and i roll down driver window, a very, VERY stong smell of gas fills the cab...but only about half the time...Ive looked at the eng/carbs while running for leaks from the dual SU but dont see gas coming out on block anywhere....any ideas???
