B30E vs B30F ? 140-160

All engine's I've seen/read about with F = cat. converter + oxygen sensor, E = plain FI. Other things depend on the market. I've got an Asian 1988 240 with B200E, and I can't find any EGR or carbon canister. The only emission control type of thing is the flame trap... And this car is in near-new original condition. Engine pulls great, and I beat Japanese twin-cams on pull away. Speed is a different issue, because of the shape, but in New Zealand the speed limit is 50 and 100 km/h (30 and 60 mi/h) and the roads do not allow speeding.
