New (to me) 940 900

Hi,
I just became the owner of a 1993 940, my second Volvo (my first was an '81 240). I have some questions and a sunroof switch experience to relate.

1)Sunroof wouldn't work so I pulled the switch - its action felt very loose. Taking a cue from a post I read here I removed the dash trim that runs from the ingition keyswitch over and around the heater controls. This piece came off without tools as it is tabbed in and not that big. The sunroof switch and rear defroster switch are mounted in this piece and come off with it, tethered by electrical wires. The wire connections come off by opening two plastic tabs, kind of a pain to do at once. The switch then demounts from the panel with again two plastic tabs. The switch can then be disassembled - 2 more plastic tabs. Be carefull opening the switch housing as two copper contacts are ready to spring out. Inside a white plastic roller depresses these copper contact pieces as the switch is rocked. The white roller was worn, so I spun it around and now the switch works again. I don't know for how long. What is the best(or at least cheapest)place to order a new one?

2)I've got the shiftlock microswitch failure. What is the best place to order a new one?

3)I would like to replace the factory CR-814 stereo. Where can I get a mounting rig? Also this car has 8 factory speakers. Is this just a split 4 channel? If so, will mounting a standard xx Watts X 4 channel powered stereo result in having the output wattage split in a detrimental way?
