Any Hints for Success R&Ring the ECT sensor? 200

Have you checked the resistance on the ECU plug that goes to the ECT? That's how I found out mine was bad. I agree with your approach: go for the little stuff and hope that it is not the big stuff.

Try checking the resistance, it will tell you right away. Also, be sure that all the wires that are connected to the ECT are actually connected to it and nothing got loose. I know for a fact that they are less than $20 at Groton. That's were I got mine.
