Side trim removal on 240 wagon? 200 1986

The holes are probably 1/8-1/4 inches. That is about the size of the side moulding on the upper part of my car. I would consider painting it with a bumper and trim paint such as Duplicolor or Plasticote. Dressings will wear off but paint should make them look good for awhile - plus it is easy. I painted the lower rocker panels on my car with Duplicolor Black Bumper and trim paint - it dries to a matte black finish and has lasted over one year. It comes in shades of grey also...
