Two quick Q's....is this a 240 sunroof motor and upper strut-strut brace install 200

Hey all,
First question: Picked this motor up off eBay a few months ago in hopes of someday converting to a powered sunroof once I've exhausted my list of "upgrades"...seems to never end. Does anyone know if this motor (one on the right) is indeed for the 240? Seller assumed so, but couldn't confirm. If it is, does anyone know any installation procedures?
Second question: Just received the cherry turbo upper brace from IPD today. Directions say to remove the caster index plates and then replace them after installing the brace...I'm confused on the terminology. Are they the metal curved things ontop of each strut tower? The pictures don't seem to show these pieces ontop of the brace so I'm wondering if they are just the washers under the nuts...am I a complete idiot here? Criticisms welcome!
Have a great weekend, and thanks as always.
-Adam
