I'm pretty impressed, since you've already had a new 98 Explorer and an 01 Jetta. I guess they must be letting people lease Explorers at 13 years old out there on the left coast. Not bad. What's the driving age, 12? (the LEGAL driving age, I mean. I know the de facto driving age is around 10 or so).
Well, whatever... I've been 19 for the last ten years too. Don't worry... it isn't age that matters, it's beauty. Never let anyone tell you differently.
Oh yeah... I would HIGHLY recommend a Honda. An Accord, a Civic, an Oddball, or any other piece that they make. Buy new, and find a Honda owners message board that you can pick for information. Volvo is not the car for you... they're hardly trouble-free. Actually, you'll probably have a hard time finding a Honda owners support group, because basically, they don't need much support. Everything bolted to a Volvo powertrain usually dies a few times over the course of the car's life. With a Honda, you can say goodbye to those problems.
But remember how many times you've said "I love my Volvo"! Has the allure of your brick worn off already?
Just think, a brand new Accord. You'd love it. Get it dolled up with a sunroof and leather and a transmission.
A nice car like that needs a personalized plate.
'TIPPI'
(I don't know if MS GARCIA would fit on a California tag or not).
You'll love your new Honda.
