Mobil 1 formula suitability

I have been using Mobil 1 10W 30 higher mileage formula in my 1980, 180,000 miles 240 wagon. My local Walmart this time did not have any higher mileage 5 qt containers this time, only ones labeled "Multi car formula". If I cannot find the higher mileage formula anywhere, will the multi car formula be OK? Incidentally I switched to synthetic about a couple of years ago, since having the valve cover gasket replaced the car does not seem to be losing any oil due to leaks.
