90 740 gl wagon rear turn signals 700 1990

Just purchased a 90 740GL wagon. Had to sort out the tail light wiring according to the color code on the light housing. when finished, all lights work properly except the rear directionals. They don't work at all. The relay is is flashing the fronts double time, and the bulbs are good. they don't appear to be getting power. I don't have a wiring diagram yet. What am I missing? Thanks.
