wiring help on '88 dashboard 200

I think I might have a ground program due to some funkiness with my headlamps and instrument cluster. But my Haynes manual doesn't have my year's wiring diagram. Do any of you know which color wires are the ground wires for the rheostat, headlamp switch, and instrument cluster for an 88 240DL?

Also, behind the instrument cluster there appears to be a yellow and red (possible white and red?) wire with a regular spade bit, and this is not connected to anything. This is just hanging out there by itself. Is this for some factory option that I don't have? Or should it be hooked up somewhere to the back of the instrument cluster?

Finally, is there a good source for 240DL wiring diagrams?
