Front Bumper cover on 960 (95) 900

Got a bit too close to the curb stone with the front of the car. When I came off I drug off the right front fog light and loosend the right side of the bumper cover. I can see where it slides on in a track - the problem is what else do I need to loosen up in order to get enough play to push the cover back on the track. The lip does not permit me to just snap it back on. I have to have some play to start at the beginning. Any thoughts! Thanks - Rick
