1995 rough idle after car wash 900 1995

I may have really messed something up here. I was doing a thorough detail on our 960 as we may be trading it in soon, so I used Griot's Garage engine cleaner on the engine bay. I sprayed it down, let it sit for a few minutes and then sprayed it off with a hose. I did not use a forceful stream, rather a shower that I thougt would be innocuous. Apparently not. Because today (wash occured last night) the car idles rough but seems to smooth out with higher RPM. My question, did I really mess something up here or will this cure itself with a nice, long, warm drive to evaporate any remaining water? I sure hope the latter. If not, please let me know what I should check or look for to remedy the situation--and I promise, I will never do this again.
