A/C compressor oil - Penzoil question 200 1989

I went to our local parts place for some R134 compatible compressor oil.
The cans I got (penzoil) indicate ester 100 oil, but also say that it is both R134 and R12 compatible.

Is this correct? I want R134 ester oil (I think the R12 is mineral based), but didn;t guess that it would also be R12 compatible.

Is this the right stuff?
The job is faily extensive, so I want to put the right oil in the compressor.

LEt me know,
thanks!
