Lookiing for thoughts/info on B20 building 120-130

I'm upgrading the engine in the Amazon, and I'm looking for some advise on the project. I currently have a B20F running Megasquirt EFI in there. It burns oil like a bastard.

I have purchased a rebuilt, but never used B20B. It's .030 over, new everything, etc.
I need to run a B20F head on it, because I am running fuel injection. I have a B20F head that is unmodified, and ready to go to the machine shop.

SO, I want to get a valve job and hardened seats at least. I would also like to run a higher CR (does 10:1 sound appropriate?), so I need to have it planed down. I have no idea how much planing this involves, or how to specify it to the shop. The shop is very good, but doesn't know this particular engine.

Are there any other things that I should have them do on that head while it's there?
Are there any snags to be worked out when grafting a B20F head to a B20B block?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric
