Another head question. Is this a Penta; and does it matter? 120-130

I had trouble getting a post on the Brickboard last night so I posted to the Swedish Classics BB my question about B20 head work. Turns out there is a similar post on the Brickboard just as I need the info.

However in the info I got from my other post, the head I am dealing with may be a Penta (its blue).

Wondering if there is any way to positively ID the head from casting info. as a Penta.

Also is there anything of note different on a Penta head, if anything at all. It has injector ports which have been blocked off.

Oh yeah, is there anything obvious to indicate whether hardened seats have been previously installed. Looking at the head it seems to be continuous casting but I have no experience with this sort of thing and the valves look pretty good. At least not recessed into the head as I've seen on some other B18/B20 heads.

Also this head has three alignent pins pressed into the exhaust/intake mounting surface in addition to the usual stud pattern.

Thanks for any info.
