strange stalling problem 200 1986

Hi, I have a strange stalling problem with my 86' 240 (143K). I have no problems starting the car, or with it idling (does idle rough sometimes though), but it briefly stalls when I reach the main road, at about 10-20 mph. Immediately after the stall it will run fine all day, with no more problems, assuming I never shut it off.

I do plan to remove the throttle body this weekend and give that a good cleaning, but does anyone have some insight on whether or not this could be the problem ?

Thanks for any help,

cd
