Ever done a E vs. F 120-130

Just wondering what the differences are between an E and F head. I had a B18D, and a B20C heads around at one time and the combustion chamber shape looked very similar apart from the valve size compared to the "mystery" injection head I'm refurbing.

The ports were definitely different as far as how restrictive they looked.

But then I really wasn't getting scientific about it at the time, just kind of had them in the garage giving the once-over.

Just curious.
