Hard starting when warm 700

Hi folks,
The car starts fine when cold, but after driving for a while then turned off the car cranks for 7-10secs then starts. Sometimes it takes another attempt then it starts.

I did a complete tune up so I'm going to rule out the obvious there. I also replaced the 2 "O" rings on the distributor but noticed that I am getting some oil on the inside of the cap. Maybe that's the problem. It would seem to me that if it is this, it would happen when cold also. Is there an "O" ring or seal of some kind on the interior of the shaft? I don't have a parts list for the distributor.

Any ideas from all you pros out there? Thanks.
