Leather seat fabric - can it be replaced ?? 700

Hi
I am looking to buy a 740T (92). The passengers seat has had something spilled on it, and it looks pretty bad.
Seems I saw somewhere about replacing the leather on the lower part of the seat.
Is there a supplier for such that anyone knows of, or is it to the salvage yard - or have it special made ??
Outside of being stained really bad, the leather is top notch - not cracked or worn looking at all.
