A/C and LH 2.4 200 1990

I am adding A/C to my 240 '90 whit LH 2.4 (did not have A/C from factory), the A/C parts are from '82 (whit carb) and I wonder what to do whit LH 2.4 unit. There is pins 14 and 15 which are input for A/C, is it so that pin 14 is high when the A/C clutch is on? but what is the meaning of pin 15?
Also where are those wires/connectors? under dash? engine compartment?

I have tried to find info from net and fron Haynes manual but no straight answer?

Any input is welcome.
