strange stalling problem 200 1986

Could be the throttle body, could be a vacuum leak. Could also be the idle motor or IAC valve. These respond badly when there is a vacuum leak.
See what you find when you clean the throttle. Be sure to inspect the black plastic air hose from the AMM to the intake- any cracks in the bellows, replace. They're $14 from FCP Groton.
